Our concrete storm shleters are the very best pre-fabricated storm shelters available. We are proud to offer our exclusive "Lifetime Structrual Warranty" to the original purchaser.

This warranty assures that there will be no leakage in the concrete structure for a period of 10 years form the date of installation. This includes the joint where the two units are joined.

This warranty does not include moisture that may appear from time to time in the form of condensation commonly caused by variations in temperature or humidity. Nor does this warranty cover water that may enter through the door or ventalator.

Small cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction which do not create a leakage or structural problem are not covered by the warranty.
